Our clinicians must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid professional licensure                               

• Criminal background check clearance

• Drug screening clearance

• Reference checks

• Dept of Motor Vehicle history report clearance

• Knowledge of managed medical care to ensure experience in independent practice and validation of critical thinking skills with ability to work collegially with physicians in the community

• Direct knowledge by our own supervisory staff of case manager clinical expertise

• Passage of competency testing in a variety of medical skills

• Current CPR certification

We not only provide the most extensive orientation for new employees but we also provide excellent consistent supervision and oversight of all clinicians and ensure compliance to clinical standards and ethical practices at all times.
