Registered Dietician
When receiving other skilled services, Registered Dietician (R.D.) services are available for patients needing nutritional counseling and/or assessment to assist in the patient’s recovery process. All patients are screened for nutritional risk and when indicated our dietitians provide an assessment of the patient’s nutritional needs related to their diagnosis; consult with the physician and the other members of the health care team; and provide specialized care and teaching to the patient, family and/or caregiver.
