Telehealth HomeCare Program Telehealth is an in-home monitoring system designed to communicate medical information (blood pressure, weight, oxygen levels, blood sugars, etc.) to a patient's homecare nurse. Those patient's diagnosed with asthma, CHF, COPD, diabetes, and chronic renal failure benefit most from this prescribed remote program.
